Description

Circa 1840 - 3 storey (top storey slightly later) end
terrace house, 3 windows wide spaced 2-1. Rusticated
ground floor up to band course, polished ashlar band
under 1st floor cill string course, droved ashlar
above, main cornice, string course, secondary cornice
and blocking course. 1st and 2nd floor windows
architraved. Door flanked by window each side, timber
and glass vestibule screen with 4 slender pilasters,
cornice and side lights to glazed door. Single
pane windows ground floor, upper floors reglazed
with single pane sashes. Return gable elevation
coursed rubble, chimeyhead removed.
