Description

Circa 1830, 2 storeys with attics villa, symmetrical
3 windows wide with 2 matching bays added to right
at 2 stages. Plinth, 1st floor band course, cornice
and blocking course. Ridge slate roof, (flat over 2nd
extension). Droved ashlar on 1st floor with rusticated
quoins. Corniced end chimney stacks. 3 later tripartite
dormers. Return gable, symmetrical 3 windows wide, all
ground floor and 1st floor centre blind. Attic window in
gable. 1st floor windows architraved; ground floor openings
recessed. 6 pane upper and single lower sashes.
