Description

1888, end terrace house, in dwarf walled garden, 2 storeys
with basement, 3 windows wide. Flat roof, coursed rubble
with ashlar dressings, cornice band courses at ground and
1st floor levels, string courses at ground and 1st floor
cills, cornice with balustraded parapet above. 3 storeys,
3 light canted bay, single windows basement, ground and
1st floors and octagonal corner bay at SW, balustrades
raised on panelled drum to form tower motif. Return
elevation has parapetted quarter turn forestair with urns
at angles, leading to corniced, timber glazed porch on
ground floor with advanced triple window above: All windows
single pane sashes throughout.
