Description

Circa 1900, William Constable.
Terrace of alternate 2 storey and single storey and attics
houses. Ridge slate roof with red ridge tiles, red ashlar
with band course at 1st floor level linking wide bracketted
eaves of lower parts. Projecting gables with pierced barge
boards, king post motifs and timber finials (only 1 survives)
and 2-storey canted bays below, 2 square, 2-light dormers with
gablets, similar to gables, between. Bipartite window below
one dormer, 2 doors below the other. Originally sash windows
with small panes in upper sashes only, many reglazed
with single panes. Brick return and rear walls.
