Early 19th century. 2-storey, 6-bay, attached pair of houses. Painted stugged ashlar with droved dressings and margins. Base course; cill course to 1st floor; eaves course. Doors to middle bays flanking central window to ground floor.
12-pane glazing to timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; single pane timber sash and case to ground. Grey slate. Broad end stacks with clay cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
Nos 110 and 114 High Street are a good example of Newburgh's early 19th century, Georgian vernacular architecture, adding to the wider group interest of the streetscape. The mirrored symmetry of the principal elevation is characteristic of the period. The building is understood to have formerly had a wallhead chimney to the centre bay.
Re-categorised as C(S) from B for Group (2006). Change to Statutory Address and update to description (2012). Previously listed as "110-112 HIGH STREET".
