Description

Early 19th century. Single storey over raised basement with
dormerless attic, 3-bay villa. Painted ashlar with clasping
pilasters and pedimented slightly advanced centre. Door to
basement flanked by 12-pane sashes. Band course over. Original
main door above (now a window) with semi-circular fanlight and
modern balcony. Steps removed. Flanking sashes with cill
bands to outer bays only. 1 blind window to west. Eaves
cornice and blocking course. Piended slate roof with corniced
end stacks.
