Circa 1900. Free style. 4-storey 3-bay tenement block
Ashlar with channelled angle strips to upper floors. Shops
ground floor outer bays, round-headed door to upper floors
centre bay. Parapet over ground floor supported on 4
concave corbels. Upper floors have canted sash windows to
outer bays with pipartite centres and 2 sashes and single
pane lower. Between bays project channelled ashlar stacks
corbelled at 1st floor and rising through eaves to two
polished ashlar battered stacks linked by pierced buttresses.
Slate roof and gable stacks.
Style reminiscent of W D McLennan, Architect.
