Designed by Angus Ferguson, weight of Paisley. 1883.
Portait plaque by John Mossman, Sculptor, 1872. Irregular
rubble blocks. Basin with concave retaining wall behind
on which is bronze portrait plaque fixed on polished
granite rounded. Carved lettering on roundel.
