Description

Dated 1883. French Renaissance. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay
commercial premises. Ashlar. Modern ground floor with
cornice over. Outer shallow canted windows flank single
centre window to 1st and 2nd floors. Decorated with
pilasters and pediments with corbelled balcony to 2nd and
attic floor centre window. Balustrade over 2nd floor
interrupted by segmental pediments of canted bays. 3
wallhead dormers, outer tripartite, central 2-storey. All
decorated with pilasters and pediments. 2 later flat
headed dormers behind. Mansard roof, lower part leaded.
Central slated truncated pyramid with a brattished crown.
Straight skews and end stacks that at right with diminutive
end pediments.
