Circa 1875. style of Peddie and Kinnear. 3-storey and
attic, 5-bay commercial building. Ashlar. Modern ground
floor. 3 central bays with segmental-headed 1st floor
windows, flat-headed 2nd, shallow advanced outer bays with
square headed windows hood moulded to 1st floor. All windows
with roll-moulded reveals. Corbelled and crowstepped
outer gables with corbelling raised over small window.
Central finilled wallhead gable. Slate roof with end stacks.
