Description

Circa 1830. Pair of 3-storey, 5-bay houses, now included
in one shop. Mid-later 19th century shopfronts at ground
of house at left with panelled pilasters and double-leaf
panelled door. Modern ground floor at right. Cornice and
blocking course over ground floor. Latter forming cill band
to 1st floor. Architraved 1st and 2nd floor windows with
cornices to 1st floor. Mostly 12-pane glazing, but the
centre window of each 2nd floor is blind. Eaves band
interrupted by architraves, corniced blocking course
with corniced wallhead stacks, intact at left. Slate
roof with corniced end stacks.
