Later 18th century, 4-storey stuccoed corner block with
ground floor shops. 4-window at 1st floor 3-window at 2nd and
3rd to George Street. 2-window front to High Street, moulded
eaves cornice, slated piended roof. Reglazed but good
rectangular fanlight survives.
George Street was opened immediately after the building of
Perth Bridge. See N.S.A. v.X p. 142.
