Description

1890's. Simple Victorian Renaissance 3-storey and attic
corner building: 3-window frontage to King Edward Street
2-window to South St John's Place 3-window plain pilastered
splayed corner, stone pedimented dormers linked by arcaded
parapet. Corner rises into fish-scale truncated conical roof
with wrot-iron cresting and is flanked by pair of twin square
chimney shafts, that on King Edward Street corbelled.
