Base course, band course, cornice. Steps lead to central panelled timber entrance door set within cavetto splayed doorpiece. 1 small piended dormer and 1 canted dormer.

Predominantly replacement 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Gable stack.

Statement of Interest

This is a good example of a little externally altered, mid 19th century Classical house, which adds to the streetscape of this area of Perth. The contrasting pink sandstone margins and the cavetto doorpiece add interest to the otherwise simple street elevation.

The streets in this area of Perth were laid out at the end of the 18th century as the city developed from the Medieval city.
