Description

Circa 1825, 3-storey ashlar classic, pilastered ground floor
shops, 7-window at 1st and 2nd (central blind with painted
inscription of history of building) main cornice and central
3-bay pediment with Venetian motif, slated roof. Grammar
School of Perth formerly stood at this site.
