Early 20th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house.
Rubble with contrasting painted courses and concrete
dressings. Corniced centre entrance with panelled door; with
plaque above and flanking bipartites with segmental-headed
lintels; wallhead canted dormers with decorative apex
cast-iron finials in outer bays; modern 2-pane glazing in
ground floor, original 4-pane in dormers. Coped end stacks;
slate roof.
