Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house.
Bullfaced rubble, rubble flanks, contrasting painted concrete
dressings. Centre entrance with panelled door, flanking
bipartites. Canted wallhead dormers in outer bays and small
centre gabled and bargeboarded dormer, all with decorative
cast-iron apex finials. 2- and 4-pane glazing with Art
Nouveau coloured glazed panel in lower portion of ground
floor sashes (W). Coped end stacks; slate roof.
Blocked door in E gable.
Corner site with Hill Street.
