Circa 1900. Single storey and attic house, 3 bays with rear
single storey and attic, single bay wing. Rubble with
contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings, harled
flanks. Wide centre hoodmoulded entrance with flanking
segmental-headed bipartites; similar bipartite in W elevation
of rear wing (to Admiralty Street). Canted wallhead dormers
in outer bays of S frontage and single similar dormer at W.
Modern 2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
Corner site with Admiralty Street.
