Circa 1910. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble,
contrasting painted concrete dressings. Hoodmoulded centre
entrance with panelled door with convex centre rail; flanking
shallow, chamfered segmental-headed bipartites; canted
wallhead dormers; modern glazing. Coped end stacks; slate
roofs; red pottery ridge and shaped finials to dormer apices;
original rainwater goods with decorative cast-iron rhone
brackets.
