Description

Mid-later 19th century. 2-storey, narrow symmetrical 3-bay building. Squared and coursed grey granite frontage, mixed red and grey granite rubble return gables and rear wing, tooled granite dressings. Centre door and flanking windows; 3 regularly spaced lst floor windows;

blocked eaves cornice; 4-pane glazing in lst floor windows, timber sash and case. 2-storey rear wing; coped end stacks; slate roofs.

INTERIOR: ground floor utilised as shop premises.
