Description

Early 19th century. Pair 2-storey and dormerless attic, 3-bay
houses with some warehouse accommodation. Squared rubble
street frontage, harl pointed flanks, tooled rubble
dressings. Centre entrance to each house with flanking
windows; regular 1st floor fenestration, blocked 1st floor
and attic window in SE gable. Some 12-pane glazing survives
in 1st floor windows. 2-pane elsewhere. Coped end and ridge
(renewed in brick) stacks; corrugated asbestos roof at SE,
slate at NW.
Wide ground floor entrance in rear with 1st floor reached by
forestair; rear service court enclosed by rubble wall.
