Mid Victorian. 2-storey rubble-built semi-detached. Main part
each 1-window 1 canted bay, and pilastered round-arched
doorpiece, reversed plans, stop-chamfered openings, main
cornice, Hipped, slated roof, single-storey wings altered:
Single-storey and mansard attic to left, 2-storey to right.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
