Later Victorian. 2-storey, 3-window snecked rubble detached
villa, left hand section of facade slightly advanced with
canted bay. Consoled doorpiece, chamfered openings
single-storey wing on W gable. Piended, slated roofs.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
