Description

Mid Victorian. Free Gothic mansionhouse, 2-storey

asymmetrical detached villa on corner site. Rubble-built

3-window front to Clifford Road with right-hand gabled bay

having canted bay through both floors, left-hand bay has

ground floor tripartite and gabled bipartite above, centre corinthianesque columned porch with corbelled and depressed

arch, stone roof with corbel table, stop-chamfered openings,

spike and ball finialled gables. Single-storey back wing,

also with gablet. Slated roofs.
