Mid Victorian plain classic. 2-storey symmetrical
ashlar-fronted villa, 1-window between advanced 2-window end
bays pedimented with roundels and ball finials at angles and
apex: centre coupled square-shafted Roman Doric doorpiece.
Slated roof. Low flanking screen walls.
The double pedimented front is unusual in terms of villa design.
