Mid Victorian. 2-storey, 3-window symmetrical detached villa,

coursed rubble with raised margins, 2 ground floor canted

bays and centre consoled doorpiece, stop-chamfered openings, segment-headed at ground floor, straight at 1st; bracketted

eaves course, hipped, slated roof. Single-storey wing on S

gable.
