Description

Mid/Later Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical semi-detached villa
snecked rubble, reversed plans, paired consoled doorpiece and
2 jerkin-headed windows between 2-storey canted bays,
stop-chamfered openings. Flanking single storey wings, now
garages. Piended Slated roofs, broad eaves, decorative iron
finials, partly missing.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
