Description

Peddie & Kinnear (Edinburgh) dated 1863. Astylar Italian
Renaissance. 4-storey 5-window ashlar front shouldered
openings, consoled cornices 1st floor windows ornamented cill
course and cornices 2nd, centre broad wallhead chimney with
shaped base; eaves course; original ground floor replaced by
inter war Greek Doric columned entrance in granite.
