Mid 19th century. Asymmetrical semi-detached pair of 2-storey
villas, polished ashlar each 3-window (all slightly advanced)
but with tripartite on right at No 29 and canted bay on left
at 30, arched and banded doorpiece with simple large-scale
mouldings. Slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
