Description

Early Victorian. Neo-Jacobean, 2-storey coursed rubble
asymmetrical semi-detached corner block. Victoria Square
frontage 1 - window between canted bays, left-hand gabled on
the cant, right hand corbelled to square on slightly
projected gable front, centre consoled and round arched
doorpiece bearing dummy balcony feature; splayed and gabled
1 - window corner with similar doorpiece. Clarendon Place
frontage has slightly advanced 1 - window gabled section to
left with hood moulds, 1 - bipartite to right with sculptured
corbelled balcony feature. Slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
