Description

Mid Victorian. 2-storey snecked rubble and raised quoins
semi-detached on corner site; Victoria Square frontage
3-window (centre bipartite in slightly advanced bay) between
end canted bays, off-centre round-arched doorpiece with
orderless blocked pilasters. Clarendon Place frontage canted
bay to right, slightly advanced bipartite bay to left,
similar centre arched doorpiece with single window above.
Single-storey wing. Piended and platformed, slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
