Earlier 19th century, altered to rear. Plain 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house closing long terrace and abutting parish church in Stonehaven's new town. Harled.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern timber door to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor.
S (CARRON TERRACE) ELEVATION: altered elevation with full-height projecting canted bay and canted dormer windows.
Grey slates. 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Broad coped harled and brick stacks with some cans, that to E towering and with thackstane. Ashlar-coped skew to W.
Group with Nos 41 ' 59 Cameron Street and 1, 2 and 3 Carron Terrace. A good example of the surviving early terraces typical of the New Town vernacular built on the grid iron plan laid out by Robert Barclay of Ury in 1797 on the estate of Arduthie which had been purchased by his father in 1759.
