Description

Late 19th century 2/3-storey symmetrical double villa with iron-railed bounary wall. Built of imported rock-faced brown ashlar, contrasting concrete detailing; sash windows, slate roof. Inner bays (each house 2 bays) 3-storeyed with urn-finialed shaped gables, iron-crested 2-storey window bays, round-arched top floor windows; outer doorways in wide, depressed-arched openings, timber divides form side-lights and fanlights; cast-iron rhone pipes. End stacks. Low boundary walls to street topped by decorative cast-iron railings, original gates.
