Description

Late 19th/early 20th century symmetrical single storey and attic 3-bay villa with iron-railed boundary wall. Modern fenestration. Centre gabled timber porch, flanking windows and cast-iron rhone pipes, 3 gabled attic dormers (the centre one slightly set back and smaller), 2 retaining tall iron finials. Harled; rendered margins; end stacks; slate roof. Boundary wall stepped to slope and topped by decorative cast-iron railings which have an art nouveau flourish.
