Description

Earlier 19th century, 2 storey and attic, 3 bay house with
centre door; coursed rubble, tooled ashlar dressings with later
stop chamfering to ground floor windows. Lintel/eaves band;
4-pane glazing; later 19th century crenellated rustic porch
with original glazing; return gable to Hill Street with ground
and 1st floor windows. 2 piended dormers with original 6-pane
glazing; broad end stacks; slate roof.
Single storey harled wing to rear with corrugated iron roof.
Low coped retaining wall with spearhead cast-iron railings;
coped rubble garden wall.
