Description

1874. Square Gothic stone fountain; moulded plinth with
drinking bowl projecting on NW face. Recessed cusped arch
supported by nook shafts in each face, with relief medallion
in NW, and inscriptions in other faces. Crocketted
gablets; short pyramidal spire with fish scale detailing
and crocketted finial.

Statement of Interest

Formerly stood on site of War Memorial. Erected by Sir

Tollemache Sinclair in memory of his father, Sir George

Sinclair.
