Circa 1800. 2-storey, narrow 2-bay house, painted smooth rendered, raised painted margins and angles. Steps to modern door at right, single window to ground and 1st. Both sash and case with 12-pane glazing.

End skews to left, corniced end stacks, sandstone ridge, slate roofs.
