Mid 19th century, 2 storeys and dormerless attic, 3 bays. Coursed local rubble and long and short ashlar dressings; centre door, band course over ground and 1st floors, cill band to 1st floor, blind panels above 1st floor windows. Slate roof. Square gatepiers with shallow pyramidal caps, cast-iron railings.
Pre-Reformation church of St Fergus is reputed to have stood on this site.
