Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house on falling ground, in a terraced group, with 1st floor breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads. Whinstone rubble with squared granite margins and quoins (those to rightinterlocked with neighbouring property, No 22). Narrow door at centre (panelled door). letterbox fanlight. Windows flanking at ground and breaking eaves above. Plate glass glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews. Rusticated quoins to gablehead stacks. Cans retained. Graduated grey slates. Sandstone ridge.
