Description

Earlier 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house at end of irregular terrace, with late 19th century alterations. Rendered; harled and lined return elevations. Raised base course, roll-moulded margins and lintel string course at ground, dividing band course, 4-bay ground floor with door to outer left with fanlight, flanked by window; timber mullioned bipartites to bays to right of centre. 2 1st floor windows spaced widely on left return, intercepted at ground by single storey, recessed neighbour, No 30. 4-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows; plate glass to bipartites. Grey slates; 2 rooflights. Ashalr coped skews with scrolled skewputts, harled end stacks.
