18th century 2-storey, 3-bay house, refaced in late 19th century to include shops at ground. Rubble, with harl-pointing to end gable, render tomain street. Door to right of centre brutally blocked and flanked by shop windows. Further shop window to left bay, flanked by low door to outer left accessing 1st floor flat. 3 gabled dormerheads (almost linked) to 1st floor windows breaking eaves. Single part-blocked window to 1st floor to end gable. Plate glass sash and case windows to 1st floor. Simple barge boards to dormerheads with finials. Ashlar coped skew to outer gable with substantial stack and beak skewputt. Grey slates. Small brick lean-to at rear.
33 and 34 South Main Street retians some semblance of its 18th century form on the end gable, render to main street. Door to right of centre brutally blocked and flanked by shop windows.
