Probably circa 1900. Public House on corner site. Single storey; tall and prominent iron-crested French roof over canted angle, in which is a blocked neo-Gibbsian doorway; dressed light-coloured ashlar, but stone-cleaned, and with modern glazing. Tripartite windows to elevations and doorways at ends; parapetted main roofs (all slated), curvilinear wall-head gable on Gilbert Street elevation. Rock-faced additional bay on same elevation.
