Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey 11-bay terraced housing. Red rubble sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. Base course; regular fenestration. Pend at centre. Timber sash and case 12-pane windows. Grey slates; brick stacks (removed at ends); ashlar coped skews.

Statement of Interest

Catrine was built to provide housing for the local mill which formerly adjoined Mill Square to the W. B Group with St Germain Street.
