Circa 1850. 4-storey classical tenement with shops. Painted ashlar. All windows sash and case, architraved, and on cill bands. Some 12-pane glazing.
Elevation to Sauchiehall Street: 29 bays in 4 sections, 8-8-8-5, central and end sections breaking forward with rusticated quoins. Late 19th century shopfront at No 335. Cornices to 1st and 2nd floor windows, bracketted in last 5 bays. Mutule eaves cornice.
Elevation to Holland Street: 10 bays, 2nd and 4th bay blind. Partial 1st floor dentil cornice. Doric pilastered close entry with fanlight at No 150. Corniced cill band at 2nd floor. 1st and 2nd floor windows corniced. Mutule eaves cornice. Corner shopfronts and public house front on Holland Street by Clarke and Bell, 1906.
Interior: Billiard Hall by Clarke and Bell, also public house.
