Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay, terraced tenement with shop at ground. Cement-render with raised margins. Segmental-arched doorway at ground.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: ground floor with broad door to outer right and display window (shuttered) to left with deep fascia; 4 windows to each floor above.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews. Cast-iron downpipe with decorative rainwater hopper to SE.
