Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay classical tenement. Ashlar sandstone form with base course, cornice and blocking course, quoin strips and architraved windows. Pilastered doors paired under unifying entablature in bay to left, deep-set doors with small-pane fanlights, window to right; 2 windows at 1st floor.
12-lying-pane timber windows. Canted, slate-hung piend-roofed dormer to left. Ashlar skews and gablehead stacks. Grey slates.
