Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay tenement with shop at ground. Rendered, and lined as ashlar at ground with band course above. Square shop window to left flanked to right by shop door and lower tenement door to outer right; 2 windows at 1st floor and slightly smaller windows at 2nd. Gable of taller neighbouring property to right slightly overstepping quoin.

Rear with roof swept down, slate-hung, flat-roofed dormer.

Small-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Brick mutual stack.
