Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay tenement with shop at ground. Channelled ashlar masonry and architraved window surrounds. Cornice above modern shopfront at ground. 2 windows at 1st floor, ashlar brackets to deep cornice. Large wallhead stone and slate-hung, canted half-piend dormer at centre.

Large gabled brick addition to rear. Canted, piend-roofed dormer and cast-iron rooflight.

Plate glass, timber sash and case windows. Grey slates.
