Earlier 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with banking premises at ground. Whinstone, squared at sides, rendered ashlar to front. Arcaded shop front at ground with cornice above, moulded cill courses, eaves cornice and parapet. Architraved windows, corniced with console brackets at 1st floor, 2nd floor windows simply corniced.
Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Gablehead stacks.
