Description

Early 20th century. Single storey, 3 bay, rectangular plan summer house. Horizontally boarded timber. Vertical timber quoins; eaves course.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical; 2 leaf glazed and panelled timber door to centre; single window to each flanking bay.

N AND S ELEVATIONS: single window to centre.

E ELEVATION: blank.

8 pane timber windows. Red tiled piended roof with decorative terracotta ridge. Cast iron rainwater goods.

Statement of Interest

Originally one of a pair, on the lawn immediately to the south of Arniston House.
